Michael came out on a Sunday to replace the torsion springs on my garage door. He was punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. Had a estimate on installing a new garage door the technician name was Raymond.Everything went great order the door got all the info on the door price was good but the wait time for installation was a little bit to long but it is what it is. At 5:30 pm my garage door spring broke. By 8:45 pm, it was fixed, spring and frayed cables replaced, all on a Friday afternoon! I did not expect such quick service on the weekend!! My tech, Michael, explained both the necessary and potential fixes needed but did not push me to fix anything beside the broken spring. He was efficient and nice. This review comes directly after the job was finished. However, since it comes with a 1 year warranty, I feel reassured that if issues arise, they can be addressed. I chose Precision since my mother has used them in the past.

I called Precision Garage Door Service early on Friday, July 30, 2021 to have one of my tension coils replaced. Raymond ( technician) arrived at 11am the same day. He provided me a quote and made some recommendations based on the age of my garage door. He came fully prepared and went to work right away. He completed the job in about an hour. I inspected his work and the parts he replaced. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the warranty that backs up his work. Raymond is highly professional and is a great representative of his company.

Your company was highly recommended to me by my other neighbors and I can clearly see why. Patty who I spoke with on the phone to set up my service call was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment the same day and they even called and were able to come earlier. Alex Damon and his partner were very friendly and took the time to explain that my problem was a broken spring, the estimated cost and how they would replace it. They estimated the time that they would need to do the repair work and they even finished earlier then expected. My garage door opener failed on Wednesday night around 7:30 due to cables breaking. I called Precision by 8:00 on Thursday morning. An appointment was scheduled for 9-11:00 am on Thursday. The service person called at 8:30, was at my home by 9:15 with the parts to repair the door. He provided a full estimate with 3 options. The work was completed by 10:15 am for the stated price.
