Andy arrived exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. He quickly reviewed the situation and checked out the door and associated hardware. He spotted things I had been wondering about but not said anything to him. After discussing we decided on a plan of action which he quickly got to work on while I got him a glass of ice water. Seemed like no time at all and he was done. I am very happy with the finished product. I have had fun showing off my 'new' garage entrance system to family and friends.

My first experience with Precision. Was a month ago when Ryan B installed our garage door opener. Ryan was very professional. He listen to My needs and developed the best options from there. Today Analisa came to measure garage doors for my barn. Just like before she asked questions to determine what our needs were and developed the plan from there. I bought one garage door and will add the 2nd door in late summer. I don’t recommend many people. However, if you are looking for an honest company with competent employees; I highly recommend Precision door. I will never use anyone else!

Service guy Mike was great! Appointment window was 12p-2p. He called ahead at 1130a, told me what time he'd be there and I met him from work at that precise time....11:50! He was honest, showed me the issues I was dealing with and gave me some options to fix the issue. Once agreed upon, he collected payment and I was able to head back to work. He completed the work and it was a super easy process. I will recommend him and the Precision team if looking for repairs on your garage door.

Appointment was offered & confirmed for the following day when calling about a malfunctioning garage door opener-motor; the technician was prompt, cordial, and offered step-by-step guidance & assessment on options; and, the installation was completed that afternoon with a quality product at a reasonable price. It's hard to find any fault without being overly-critical . . . this is a company doing business with welcomed high professional standards!

I have a rental. I needed the spring on the garage door replaced. The repairman called to say that I needed many parts replaced amounting to $329.00 compared to the $145.00 repair I asked for. Since their policy is charging $80.00 if you refuse to have anything done, I felt pressured to consider my options. My renter texted me to say the door was fine it only needs a spring."this man is trying to rip you off". My renter told me the door is operating just fine after the sring was replaced. I felt as if the repairman was acting like a used car salesman.

I had to have a support strut added to my garage door. The technician arrived on time, thoroughly explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it. All done in less than an hour for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Actually I was looking for a second opinion and altho Andrew didn't know my issue and it didn't happen while he was here, he did a routine check of my garage door and opener and found couple badly worn parts that we felt would be a good idea to replace now and not down the road.

After some upgrade and required parts; project was a little more than originally anticipated. However after 90+ days of operation: we fully believe that the work was well worth it. All the new equipment and replaced componentry have performed flawlessly and to our expectations. Technician performed the work in a timely (but not rushed) manner and later spent time with us over the use and programming of our new equipment.
