As always, Kevin was amazing!!!! (Matt was polite and wonderful as well!) Kevin came out to inspect a couple issues-door closing hard and not “falling” when I had to manually disconnect it to get the car out of garage while my power was out. Kevin also went over new garage door cost, providing three different quotes. Kevin is always so informative and joy to be around even when he has to give difficult news (not today) regarding repairs/cost. He goes the extra mile for his customers and it shows! Precision will always be my go to garage door repair company with guys/gals like Kevin being there! I forgot to give a review at this time last year, but Kevin deserves major kudos for every time he has provided service for my garage door!

I replaced everything but the garage door itself. All wiring, hardware, keypad, rollers, touch pad for opening snd closing, clickers, and the motor and drive. Austin was very easy to work with. He was personable and polite, and knew what he was doing. I will recommend your company and Austin to anyone that I talk to who needs garage door service. If there were more stars, I would use as many as I could. Job well done!!!!!

Our garage door spring broke and we were literally trapped because I could not lift the door. I called Precision because it was the first choice I came to on my search. I had a broken spring and needed to arrange service the night before before. I sent a message to another well know company and received a message they would contact me on Monday. I called Precision and spoke to a live person after hours. Service was provided the next morning. I learned that my door had not been installed correctly from the get go. Kevin explained everything and did what he could do to keep my cost as low as possible.

Austin was so kind & knowledgeable. He explained all of our options & gave us his opinions on what he thought would work for us. He was patient in helping us program the key pad & vehicle openers. When he left there was no mess. I work from home but had an appointment so he stayed here & worked while I was away. Austin put me at ease & made me comfortable leaving him here alone. He did all this with a smile & positive attitude in the blistering heat. He’s definitely the type of person you’d want doing work on your house.
