Can’t imagine better service. Within an hour after I called Precision Garage Door, they had a technician at my house to repair the garage door opener. The technician, Austin D, was great. He quickly identified the problems and replaced a variety of parts that had warned out their life. He was done within about an hour. Austin has great knowledge of garage doors as well as a great personality. If I ever have another problem with my garage door opener door, you can bet I will call Precision Garage Door.

Very impressed with the quality of the service and the speed that they were able to complete the work. I previously purchased insulated doors and was having an issue with door on a gap on one side. They came out and quickly fixed the issue under warranty. Really like doing business with companies that stand by their work. Your technician, Eric, did a wonderful job for us today! He was very professional too! We had somehow lost connection to the opener on all of our remotes and the car and keypad. We had tried to connect everything yesterday but had no success. He did it so quickly ????!! Definitely deserves 5 stars ?? He even watched to make sure I didn’t fall on the ice when I went to bring the car back into the garage! Very nice young man!!

Chris was awesome at explaining situation and parts needed and was able to do the repair with out leaving to get parts... I called July 5th at 730 AM and garage was operating by 10 AM that day, which was a great relief since it was a day after the holiday and my wife and I needed to go back to work.

I knew when I called that Precision would respond promptly. However, since it was not an emergency, I expected to schedule something into the next week. Brock arrived on the same day and in the first hour of the window I was given. He listened to my concerns, checked out the door and shared the issues with me. Turns out the door was in need of more than just a tune-up. Within 2 hours our door was repaired, the opener was replaced, and a new keypad was installed. He even stayed to help us program all the openers. This was our second experience with Precision and we were not disappointed. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to friends and neighbors.
