The Precision service technician did a fantastic job. I apologize but the service was last week and I forget his name but I'm sure you have record of who did the work. I feel like your pricing is higher compared to others but after working with him I dont mind paying extra for the quality and good service. We had an issue with the operator company and was getting no where with them to get my issue looked at. I contacted Precision to diagnose & repair our garage door. We'd used Precision in the past and knew we could count on them to restore door functionality. We appreciated getting on their schedule for next day service. Pat was our technician. He was friendly, professional and provided the detail I needed to decide which option was best for us. Our door is original to the house -- it's 25 years old. I wanted to avoid buying a new door, but I thought we should do more than just patch it up. Pat explained what we could do to extend the life of the door and backed it up with a 7 year warranty. I highly recommend Precision.

Service tech came out promptly and diagnosed the problem, and gave us options. I liked that he didn't try to upsell us or pressure us to get a new system right away. We will probably need to replace the system in the near future but were not ready to do that today, so appreciate that he was able to at least temporarily fix the issue with the squeaking.

My garage door spring broke Saturday a.m. I got online to find a company to service it during the weekend. Precision Door Service appeared, I read some of the reviews and called the office to see if I truly could get it repaired before Monday. Angie took my call, got me scheduled for Sunday a.m. and Nick arrived right on time. Super nice guy, explained everything he would be doing, and showed me some other areas (besides the spring) that might be an issue in the future. Instead of waiting for another breakdown on a weekend or holiday, I asked if he could repair/replace the potential issues as well during this service call. He happily added that to the list and his entire visit was just under 2 hours. I feel like I basically have an entirely new garage door and won't have to worry about something happening in the future. However, if something does...I'm definitely calling Precision again! Thanks!
