I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly for the low battery warning on my alarm.com system. My alarm company wasn’t very helpful in locating the issue, so I called Precision. It was easy to make the appointment and Ben arrived on time. He found the problem and quickly fixed it, showing me how to fix it when this battery dies. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He added a keypad to my other garage door, having all the needed parts on his truck. I appreciated him letting me know that the main garage door spring is under configured (previous homeowner, different garage door firm), and to expect it to not last, but that it didn’t need replacing yet.

My service provider was extremely knowledgeable in explaining all the dynamics of the overhead garage door- rollers, springs, motors,chain etc. and the importance of their function. Our garage door would not open when we returned home. When I got inside, I found the chain had broken and it was clear I needed help. I made a few calls and looked online for someone near me. Precision had a simple website and someone (Jessica) on the other end of a chat session who was helpful and quick to schedule a visit. She told me what to expect, including trip fee. Not only was the visit scheduled but it was also moved sooner as their techs became available. Nick arrived a couple hours later and what the most helpful, kind, and pleasant person! He assessed my situation and gave me a few options for repair or replacement of my garage door opener. We talked about the positives and negatives of the options and I chose to replace the unit instead of repair. Less that two hours later, Nick was finished with the replacement and settings necessary for me to use the opener with confidence. What a great experience and what and excellent new garage door opener!! Thanks Precision and thanks Nick!!

6/03/2023: Installer Josh B. was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, laid back and was not pushy with letting us know what things were negatively affecting our garage doors. He gave us all of our options in a line item list with pricing so we could choose what we wanted to replace. We appreciated his candor and patience as we explored all of our options. Our current garage door openers on a three car garage are 23 years old, so we replaced two motors, rails, springs, bearings, and rollers. Highly recommend Josh B. and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service! ?????

We had the spring replaced in one of our single car garage doors. Kevin came out and did an awesome job. He explained several different options depending on what we were looking to accomplish, short term vs. long term fix. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The Precision service technician did a fantastic job. I apologize but the service was last week and I forget his name but I'm sure you have record of who did the work. We had an issue with the operator company and was getting no where with them to get my issue looked at.
