Kevin performed a few modifications on our existing door. He added a strut, new hinges and performed a full service on the spring and rollers. He was exceptionally polite and very professional. He thoroughly explained my repair/maintenance options and we agreed on the best course of action to resolve the issue with my existing door. I have used precision twice now to repair garage doors. Both times I received prompt and timely service. This last visit was in January(garage door froze in the open position at 8 pm on the weekend of a polar vortex). Technician arrived by 10 pm and fixed it. Technician had all the parts necessary to repair the door on site. He educated me on all of my purchasing options, taking sufficient time to explain them all. The best part was there was no emergency or after hours additional fee, only the service fee. I would highly recommend this company!

Kindness is huge in our world today and Kevin exhibited kindness and care in his work, his explanations, and his concern for my safety. It was a Saturday afternoon and he took time to install a new mechanism for my garage door, as well as replacing a keypad and explaining more technology to me. He is a gem!! Very professional organization. I requested information on website on Saturday before Labor Day. Received phone call Tuesday morning. Walked through my options regarding garage door opener and scheduled installation for Saturday morning. One week and all work was completed. Josh installed opener. Very polite and professional.
