Great first impression! Our garage door came off track the day before Thanksgiving. One of the lift cables came unwound and the fix was beyond my skill level. Dimitri was at our house 45 minutes after the call was made. He fixed the door quickly and was very professional and patient about answering all of my questions on new garage door options.
