Hello, I’m so impressed with the professionalism of Sahara, who came to my house and checked out the old garage door. She did the measurements and showed me the option of doors to choose from. I made my decision, she gave me the price plus a discount which I was satisfied with. So, on Tuesday 12/10/24 Alex and Dimitri came and installed the door, very professional cleaned up, showed me how to lock the garage door due to there’s no electricity in the garage. Very professional ad friendly tech. Sorry, don't recall his name but I'm sure you could check. Identified a couple of other issues in addition to my original reason for calling, which was a problem with my remote keypad. A cable was worn and rollers were loose, plus my spring was kinked. I opted not to replace the spring at this time, and he wasn't pushy about it, which I appreciated because it is an expensive part. Very satisfied with his calling and coming in the time window promised. Thank you Precision, I will use you again.

The installer was terrific. I was surprised of the cost for something that was installed last year. It looks like the wire came off the track and last year I think they installed new springs. I could be wrong, just surprised

The initial call was for my Jackshaft opener. The door would not open because the opener thought the door was already open. Thus the reason for the service call. Additionally, I felt, after 61 years the garage door needed a good safety check. Rollers and lift cables certainly needed to be replaced. Also during the initial inspection it was found that the wrong lift springs had been installed, by a different company years ago. I can now lift the door manually in case of a power failure. Great job by tech Pat Mulligan.

There's a reason to use a big brand name for work like this, because they back up their workmanship. Been dealing with a small, nagging problem with one of my keypads and Precision took care of it within the day I notified them and at no cost to me. I paid a lot of money for the new motors and am happy I did if it results in the kind of follow up service Precision provides.

The tech was professional, polite, and appeared knowledgeable. It appears he did a good job removing the old parts and installing the new ones. But, I just checked part prices and am wondering what I paid for. The parts on my invoice were listed as $35.00 for 2" nylon rollers with bearings on a 4" stem at $35.00 apiece. Home Depot has the exact same part for $23.99 for a box of 10. That's $32.60 labor and tax per roller. The 2" nylon roller with bearings on 7" stem were listed as $38.00 per roller. Those are $29.99 for a box of 10 of the same thing at Home Depot. That's $35.00 for labor and tax for each of those. I understand there are business expenses, but this seems extremely high to a retired person on a fixed income. It seems excessive to me. I liked it better when invoices were itemized and you saw how much you were paying for what.

The work was great. The installer was great. I have not received a receipt. I was disappointed that I did not receive a paper copy on site. I was told an email would be sent right away. Still have not received it or the warrantee information. No paperwork at all. As good as your employee was your accounting is bad. I chose Precision because the companies I used are out of business or too busy. Your pricing was a lot more. The work was great. And done the same day.

Adam H. arrived exactly on schedule, performed a few tests and was able to reprogram the pair of remote openers. He was thoroughly professional, explained each part of the service and why he was doing it. I hope there are no more problems but if there are, I will definitely call Precision and will ask if Adam is available. This is what service should be like!

Jeff Johnson in sales and Lake installer were great to work with. Lake did an outstanding job, at least so far 2 days in, all seems to be working fine and looks great. Very pleased! Only issue was internal to Precision, either warehouse or scheduler. They marked for Lake that it was "door only" job, when indeed it was the whole thing to include new Genie motor, keypad, remotes, the works. Someone from warehouse had to bring all of that to Lake during job. NOT Lake's fault. I used to be in business myself so thought precision would like to know.
