Our garage door that was installed by Precision (they did a great job) decided to act up. My call for service was answered immediately and an appointment was scheduled for a day later. The service man was here on time with a call preceding his arrival. He was polite and knew just what needed to be done. Within a few minutes the door was back to normal operation - just a minor adjustment needed. Great company and great employees!

Technician professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I had been having trouble with the door not wanting to close, called for service for repair. The door opener we had was older and the mother board was shot. Tech put in a new garage door opener, no pressure as to which one I wanted was very thorough insured I understood how to work it .

Greetings, Have a problem with opening and closing of the garage door. I hoped to get someone to test and let me know what needed to be done to get this problem solved. Regrettably, no testing was done and I only got suggestions what could be done without knowing that this would take care of the problem(s). Needless to say,I spent $ 49.95 on information I already knew.I was looking for facts not guesswork. All the best.

The work was indeed precision and superior. The scheduling department gets a big "0". Day of 1st appointment had a 4 to 6pm window. At 6:45 I called since no one at precision can dial (more on that later). They had assigned a new tech who would be there in 10 minutes ((8:00 pm). At 8:45 a tech called, said he "just" was called. He was 45 minutes away and asdked, did we still want to keep the appointment. Yes. Couldn't fix the issue, so set an appt. at 11:30 the next day. He was "re-routed", so came at 2:15. "Didn't anyone call you to tell you?" No. They don't know how to dial or give updates. My recommendation is to avoid Precision Door Co. Techs are very nice and extremely competent. Office sucks!!! With schedules for work and time off without pay, etc., not many can afford the terrible servicing. Sadly, I've used Precision two other times to replace tension springs and both times were similar to this. Missed, rescheduled appointments, late arrival, can't fix it, you need to buy new expensive products, then excellent techs. 2 Stars.
