Following a most disappointing and ineffective service call from one of your field technicians on Feb 12, my trust on Precision Garage Door has been restored. On Feb. 14, your scheduler had despatched another service technician, Mr. Jungwook Chewy Flanagan to my home. Chewy first listened attentively to my explanation of the nature of the problem, he then took his time to do his methodical examination of the door opener system (wall control panel, light system, etc). When that was completed, he explained to me clearly that the problem has been caused by the defective light system. He told me that it would take 2 days to order the new light system. On Friday, Feb. 16, Chewy came with the new light system, got it installed, and problem is solved. I am very impressed by the professionalism of Chewy, his methodical approach to problem solving, his knowledge, and his attention to details when going about his service works. He made sure that everything in my garage is cleaned up after the work. Additionally, he is courteous, polite, and respectful of customers. I believe that your company business will stand to benefit in the long term because of professionals like Mr. Joongwook Chewy Flanagan. He truly cares about your business.

I had two new garage doors and openers installed by PRECISION in my home. I found the sales process to be very comprehensive in accessing my needs, providing options and proposing solutions. The sales process was great - no pressure - just facts - clear communication. The installation was of high quality (installer Moises was terrific) - there was a mix up in the door opener model and PRECISION response was awesome - they made it all right, very professional, extremely customer focused business -- I wish more companies ran like this. I highly recommend PRECISION for a new garage door and opener installation project.

I wish I had found Precision Repair earlier to fix our garage doors. Paulino came out and repaired our doors vs. other companies said we had to replace them. They are prompt, courteous and and send updates by email. Highly recommend this company.

I paid $49.95 for a salesman to come to my Garage and try to up sale me. He told me it was a half hour job at best and then quoted me $330. I think it is a great scam. Who else gets paid to try to sell you stuff you didn't ask for. No risk, if you are a sucker Bam! If not you still get $49.95 and I got nothing. I am thinking aboout getting into the garge door buisness now.
