She was able to get me a same day appointment since my door would not close. Gavin came out within two hours of my Sunday call. Gavin was very professional, friendly and courteous. Antonio was our service person. He called before he arrived; came when he said he would. Although there was an $80 add-on -- not his fault -- the work was done very well. Antonio took the time he needed, and answered all my questions. The install was great. And he did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. We couldn't be happier with his work. I'd say Precision owes Antonio a bonus; he's exactly the kind of service person who makes their company go!

First, to be able to place an "emergency" call to Precision late on a Sunday afternoon, and have it answered by a polite, professional and helpful young woman and then to be able to actually schedule a service call for the following afternoon is unexpected (and unheard of) exceptional service. The following afternoon, their service technician (Sheridan Abad) arrived well within the promised four hour service window, repaired the broken torsion springs and in a matter of 35 minutes was finished. Based on this exceptionally positive experience, I gratefully give them a Five Star rating.

I called because your company did work for me before. A spring replacement. This time it was the opener and James concurred I needed a new one. I asked if they had one on the truck, they did and so I approved the cost and he and Gavin did an excellent job on the install and programmed all of our devices for us in a short time. Called this company because my garage door won’t open. Sheridan showed up and said needed to replace two springs and the bearings and rapidly quoted $1850.0 for the job. He said it would take an hour or two to do it. I told him I needed to think about it and if he could at least open the garage door so I could get my car out,but he said he can’t open the door without doing the repairs,which I don’t think it’s the case. So he was fast in giving me a receipt for the 5 minute visit:$69.95 Very unprofessional person. Wouldn’t use this company at all
