This company was amazing. I called at 12:30 pm and they came out to fix my garage at 1:45pm. The fastest company iv never worked with. Austin D did an amazing job fixing my garage. He was so helpful and did an excellent job doing his job. Great communication skills this guy had and made it an awesome experience. Definitely will recommend this company to other for any garage needs!

We had an issue after replacing our bottom garage door seal. We called in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. Our service technician Mike F arrived on time and reset the opener. That took care of the problem.He also inspected everything and informed us on some other issues. Mike was fast, professional and courteous. The installer, his knowledge & his installation was absolutely excellent and he was here first thing the next day which was great because my car was trapped. But the up-charge for the parts and the labor charges were extremely expensive. Over $700 for 2 springs, long cross bar and wire spools for each side plus labor (he was here about an hour) is very hard to swallow. Especially on a fixed income. I will definitely shop around for better prices next time. Job should have been $400 tops!

I’ve been going through Precision Garage Door for several years since my home was built in 2015. Replacing a spring, key pad installed, tuneups, replacing a key pad and repairs with wiring and sensors. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone I’ve worked with!
