He was professional and determined the door and lift motor were in need of an adjustment which he performed promptly. Several months ago (September 2022) we had problems with our garage door making a lot of noise and, when it was closed, the door appeared lop-sided when viewed from the outside. We decided to give Precision Door Services a call. Our technician was Tom. He assessed the situation and told us the options we had to resolve our issue. We decided to have him go ahead and perform the services needed. The problems were resolved that same day during the service call. We we extremely pleased with the job Tom completed. Fast forward to today (June 2023) we were having another problem with our garage door closing and in a few seconds opening up again on its own. We would have to play with the door opener several times until the door would close and remain closed. Our garage door openers (2) were over 30 years old and we decided to have them replaced. Tom again was our technician and he gave us an estimate and again we told him to go ahead with the services to replace the openers. We were extremely pleased to have another successful service call with Precision. At a time when customer service is not easily found, it was refreshing to receive the high level of customer care from Precision. We would recommend them (and Tom) to everyone! Thank you.

Even though I did not expect the cost to be so much I trust that I needed to replace the 1996 systems on my garage door. I was really pleased with the professional helpfulness of T. Timmons. He arrived promptly, was friendly, and offered specific suggestions to improve my garage door situation. Besides the installation of a new spring for the door which was needed, I purchased 2 new remotes, a keypad and a motor to smoothly serve the garage door operation. (The Purchase a new Product section did not have an option for multiples)

Gary Lemaster was able to arrive 1 hour ahead of scheduled time. Had the door fixed and working properly in 1 1/2 hours for about 2k less than insurance deductible. And able to pay in installments was helpful until payday.

I received same day service on a Sunday. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. He also found some bad bearings that were causing the door to stick occasionally and be very noisy. The service was quick and friendly. My garage door has not been this quiet in years. He also left a can of spray lubricant with me to help extend the life of my garage door.

Kayne came out and explained that we would require a new outlet in our garage to allow for an additional door opener for our second bay. Very knowledgeable and personable, but we are delaying our decision since we’re not sure we want to go to the expense of creating more electric capacity for the opener given the draw required by our two electric cars.
