My neighbor recommended Precision. A spring broke on my garage door Saturday evening. I called Precision on Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised that someone could come out that day. James came out about 1:00 p.m., replaced the springs, did an overhaul and was finished at 2:00 p.m. James was very professional and couteous. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors!

Donovan was at our home the same day we called. He had all supplies needed to complete our garage door repair. Donovan not only completed the repair we needed (replacement of weather seal on bottom of garage door), but completed a safety inspection on the entire door for any other needs and replaced a few worn out rollers. I called because my door popped a spring. Precision was able to come out VERY quickly and took care of the problem. Zac was AWESOME! He did a great job! Garage door repair is not cheap, but springs are dangerous and Precision really knows what they are doing! Zac was fast and friendly he did great work. After doing some research I feel that I could have find a company that would have charged a lot less and throws in a garage pad when you great a new door, door opener and frame. I will do more research next time.
