Review:

A spring broke on my garage door on Wednesday evening. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the first thing Thursday morning. Tom arrived at the beginning of the 8-10 window (and called to let me know he was coming). He replaced the springs and bearings in the door for less than $1,000 and it was fixed within the hour. He was polite and professional and explained everything he needed to do clearly. Overall, this was an excellent experience. As a first-time homeowner, it’s good to have a reliable company I can trust to call in the future!

Tom was on time. He was cordial and when he assessed the needed repair he quoted me the cost of parts and labor. He promptly fixed what needed to be fixed. He tested the door to my satisfaction. All in all he did a great job!

Donavan was Fantastic! One of our cables came off and we couldn't shut the garage door. He had that thing put back together and working again in no time! Very good service by an efficient and obviously experienced technician. Tom Lathrop replaced the old, broken opener with a new one. He replaced the rollers. Everything was done within an hour of his arrival. I am very pleased with product and service.
