Review:

Tom arrived earlier than I expected. He called first to make sure it was okay. He gave me a fair assessment of what was going on and a cost. The new spring was attached and ready in 45 minutes. The convenience and quality of work was great. Probably could have gone the less expensive route he advised me of, but to have it done and with a warranty was great!

New springs, rollers and cables. Very pleasant and professional service. The tech explained how everything worked and what he was doing to repair. Very good experience. I would use Precision again!
