The door is over 50 years old with multiple issues, and areas where past repairs were incorrectly done. Based on what he showed me, Precision will be replacing the garage door as soon as their schedule permits. I highly recommend both the company and Ed.

Outstanding! I’ll tell you, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years but this company seems to really have it all working great. The customer service agent who took my service call was fantastic and polite, the updates were fabulous, the service was fast, the service technician Rich Netto was very knowledgeable and good. I’ll tell you I don’t think you can go wrong calling this company for any kind of garage door work. I’m very happy and will continue to use them for many years to come. In fact I may even replace all my doors shortly.

Fast and reliable service. Our garage door springs broke so we could not easily open the door. It weighs 600 pounds Made the appointment this am.
