Precision Door repair person, Josh, called to inquire if he could arrive earlier than originally scheduled. He did so within 20 minutes, which was excellent for us. Josh was professional, helpful, and suggested other needed repairs in a no-pressure manner. We are extremely pleased with his needed recommendations, workmanship and are confident that our doors will serve us well in years to come based on Josh's work. One additional comment: Appointment made online and occurred less than 24 hours later and on a Saturday! Thank you, Josh!

Garage door was not working correctly all of a sudden (suspected bad springs) and I sent an email through the website on a Sunday morning. Was called within 15 minutes and had an appointment for the next day. The technician, Ed, called 15 minutes prior to arriving as promised, and once at the house provided a quick assessment and quote, and the job was done within 30 minutes. This is not the first time I have used this company and they perform a great job every time and the technicians have all always been great guys.
