The van the technician showed up in was leaking oil which I did not notice until he left. They inspected my garage door and determined that because it did not meet their standards they could not work on it, because the rollers installed on the door were not good yet they were installed by the garage door company that installed the door less than two years ago. In order for them to fix my door I was told I would have to replace all the rollers on the door. I was stuck because the wire that attaches to the door had come off the pulley system and I needed the door fixed. I agreed to have the pulley's replaced and the price was crazy high. I found similar ones on line for half the cost. The technician then proceeded to check out my other garage doors and proceeded to tell me that the installation was substandard and for a price he could fix them all. I would not hire this company again and would not recommend them. They obviously are trying to push people to make repairs which are not needed.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door for any required garage door repairs. Their service was prompt, professional and courteous. I cannot say enough about the technician that performed the garage door servicing at my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I could not asked for or received better service. A 5 star company in my opinion.
