Garage door came off of the rails late last night and got stuck at an angle. I submitted a request and Ed Dombrowski was my tech and he was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and his work was extremely clean. I’m also a technician so I appreciate the very clean work he did. Replaced springs, rollers, pulleys and new cables etc. He installed a support strut as well on the top panel that I never had on the original setup. The garage door goes down nice and quiet and very smooth and even now. He got it all done perfectly in a very efficient amount of time. Definitely can tell he knows a ton about this stuff. He went through everything I needed without over selling me things I didn’t. Overall awesome experience. Definitely recommending this company to anyone who needs similar work.

Ed was very responsive, very friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the work effectively and efficiently. He explained how to use the remotes and reset the outside keypad. Very satisfied with the work performed.

Ed showed up 4 hrs early due to 2 cancellations. Nice man, and very professional and knowledgeable. Installed new cables, springs, rollers, and pulleys. Did all that in about a half-hour or so. Will definitely call your company in the future should we need service. Hands down, a most pleasant experience. Before I forget, Ed called before he arrived to let me know he would be arriving early. Happy Holidays!
