Chose you due to time in service. They gave me a time of 4-8pm window. I prefer daylight time for service due to living alone and I am not a night person. The tech happened to hear the call and decided to try earlier. I went to mow the lawn so did not get the call but he pulled in and noticed it looked like I might be mowing so he came and found me out back. Answered all my questions and taught me how to lubricate the doors. Nice and polite and efficient. I will definitely call the company if anything else I might need for the doors or new opener. I will even ask for Ed. Thank you for the prompt response and for having such nice and helpful techs. Happy Thanksgiving to all who work there. You are a blessing!

One of our main springs broke. Our car was trapped in the garage. Precision sent Ed Dombroski out the next day (Saturday), but unfortunately the commercial springs that were needed had to be ordered and would take 3 or 4 days. On Monday, Ed went above & beyond in his service to ensure that our car was able to get out of our garage as soon as possible. He drove 1½ hours to personally pick them up and then drove to our house to install them. He not only has an excellent work ethic, but is very personable and is a credit to the company he works for. I would call Precision again due to my interaction with Ed.

Precision door was a pleasure to work with from calling to schedule a device appointment, to a text from the technician the evening before and a 1/2 hour before arriving. Ed , our technician arrived on time and and immediately assed the problem and gave us the info I needed to make a decision on repair. He had all the parts we needed for the job and did the repair in a timely manner. Ed walked us through how to use our new garage door opener as wel as pointed out the new parts he replaced in the door mechanics. I will use Precision in the future and recommend then highly.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the purchase and installation of three garage doors and an opener. Having used them in the past for service, they were the first person I called. Chet came out for the initial consultation and estimate with honest advice on what would work best for us. No pressure - no upselling. Our installer Jesse showed up when he said he would, professionally installed our doors and opener, reprogrammed all of our remotes, gave detailed instructions on the warranty information and cleaned up after himself - we would have never known if he was there if not for the beautiful new doors.
