Thank you for resolving my garage door issues so quickly and efficiently. My technician was Rich Netto, and I appreciated that he came right in and started diagnosing my issues calmly and professionally. He was clear about what needed to be fixed and provided me with options. I thought I needed a new garage door system because my opener didn't work. He explained that when I changed the battery, I might have inadvertently changed the sequencing in the transmitter. He promptly fixed that for me, and therefore I avoided unnecessary costs; not all companies operate in such an honest manner. Thanks again for diagnosing and fixing my issues on the same day. I had a new garage door & opener installed in October. Whatever you pay the guy that installed it; he is clearly overpaid. He made a complete mess of this install. The next morning the sun was shining in through the side of the insulated door because he left the door seals from my old door. He also shot a lag bolt through a spacer board and split the board over the door. The outdoor and indoor controls were not straight just angled for a quick install. The biggest issue was the rails and the alignment. Thank goodness you have Richard as a senior Technician. I requested him the first time to adjust the door because the rails were not aligned correctly. The second time he came the first wheel within the rail was hanging up on a nut within the rail track, then freeing up and slamming into the opener. The nut clearly did not belong in the rail. Richard replaced it with a carriage bolt going the opposite direction. So, this was my experience doing business with your company for a $2000 job. Don't expect any recommendations from me.

I called precision door at 9am Saturday and was given a same day arrival between 4-6pm; Rich called me about 230pm saying he was running early. I was so grateful as my car was stuck in the garage. Rich arrived by 3pm he did a point check of the whole garage door opener and gave an estimate for a Torsion spring replacement. I was also given a second estimate with recommended service to chose from. Less than 40 mins and everything was fixed and working again. I cannot Express the gratefulness and appreciation at the speed this was done. He also wore a mask and was a safe distance at all times.

My technician was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. He found the problem in less than 5 minutes. The door was fixed easily. While I do admit, paying the $139.95 for a five minute visit hurt, that's absolutely not the fault of the technician. Just the opposite!
