I ordered my garage doors the end of August. Was told it would take time for them to come in. They finally came in and I got an appointment for November for installation. The day came for them to install the doors and 2 were dented and one was a different color and different style. When I called the office to complain to Tom I was told that there is no way for them to check the doors before they are installed. Ridiculous! Again I had to wait, which I was told was partially my fault because I needed a Saturday. What!! The day came for the installation and the technician called out sick. I spoke with Tom in the office regarding this and he said that was not under their control. I told him when I’m sick they find someone to cover me, apparently that’s not true in your business. I spoke with Tom and asked him for $200 off my bill for all the problems that I had encountered. He again told me that it was partially my fault because I wanted a Saturday and that he would give me 100 off. Needless to say, I finally got my garage doors finished in February, only six months after I ordered them. In the interim I had to Endure animals coming in my garage through gaps, cold air coming in, not to mention the unpleasant look of the doors being mismatched while I was waiting. And make sure you keep your bill because when it was time to pay the balance they were actually charging me more than I owed, so good thing I kept my receipt because apparently they’re not very good record keepers either because when it was time to pay the balance they were actually charging me more than I owed, so good thing I kept my receipt because apparently they’re not very good record keepers either. I would not recommend this company. The technician Jesse who installed the doors was wonderful as was Ed who sold me the doors.
