The Tech was right on time. Explained all the detail that was a problem due to the age of the garage. We purchased the condo when they first built it back in 1992. He also explained the condition of the garage. He was courteous and very professional. I ask him to give me a list of the other things that need to be done and the price which he did. I will be contacting Precision later on to complete this process.
