Chet was the technician that arrived at my home right on time. He intoduced himself and was very personable. He evaluted my problems and recommended a variety of solutions which he explained in detail. The decision was to replace both openers with new updated equipment and technology. Chet was efficient and did an outstanding job with the installation. He was neat and worked quickly and quietly. After completion he cleaned everything up and spent as much time as I needed to explain all the features and operation of the new openers. Chet is a superstar!
