They came out to do various minor repairs to my garage doors and to consult on the condition of my doors. The technician that was sent, Ed Dombrowski. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired both doors in no time and he also answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful and I never felt as though he was trying to upsell me on anything. I kind of knew I needed new doors and after talking with him about it, he confirmed my suspicions. He repaired everything that I wanted, so the doors can last until I can replace them in the warmer months. I will definitely use them to replace the doors and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. When I replace the doors I am going to request Ed to perform the work.

First appt for nonfunctional door the tech took no more than 10 minutes, adjusted a sensor and left. Door stopped working again and second tech removed large nest, did safety check, and replaced light bulbs (only when I asked him). Got charged for 2 visits when it should have been done right the first time. Frustrated that the manager did not call me and make it right.
