Great, honest company and technician! Jesse F completely rebuilt our garage door system after assessing our system was horribly outdated and worn out beyond its life. He got the job done neatly and efficiently. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and was able to complete the job within hours. Jesse was friendly, and even went above and beyond with helping to program a replacement keypad. Service and part pricing was reasonable and scheduling an appointment was easy! Highly recommend!

Wall mounted door opener not working. Chest found it right away. He pointed out the need for door backers as the ones in place were loose. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Chad replaced the cables, springs ,rollers and pulleys. He also installed safety cables through the springs. Over 37 years we've had several companies service our door, but it has never worked this well. Much stronger replacement parts (cast iron pulleys vs. aluminum). Astonishing how quit it is compared to before. Highly recommend.

One of my springs broke on my garage door and wouldn't open. Chet came and explained all of my options like I was a human being. He changed out all of my pulleys, cables, and wheels for the door. I recommend Precision Door because they started by being available and very service oriented when I called. They were able to send someone out in a very reasonable 2 hour window, that day. The service tech was very professional, knowledgeable and he explained all options. He said it would take about 2 hours and it was even quicker than that, 1.5 hours. I needed more work than just the controller. He explained how it all works and let me know about the WiFi access which I’m already using. All the old parts and packaging were taken away. I highly recommend Precision Door.
