I have since done some homework on the work that was performed and I was charged double. The cost from other vendors would have been between $500 and $700. I was charged $1600. Shame on you.

For the record, this customer received a premium state of the art wifi enabled, with a camera, ultra bright LED lights, and battery back-up operator and a rebuild (replaced springs and all moving parts) which comes with the same warranty as a new door. Most reputable competitors would be within $100, either direction, of our pricing. We are confident that over time you will realize the value you received, especially if something fails and you need warranty service.

Came earlier than expected, which was good because I'm an early riser. He was professional and assured me that although sturdier than the crumpled door, it would look exactly the same as the other side. All in all, a pleasant experience. Your company will replace l (one) garage door.

Needed a new remote control for the garage door and decided to have the doors lubed. Original quote was 185.00. When he arrived he said it would be 250.00. Ten minutes later he handed me a bill for 335.00. I questioned it and asked for an itemization. He said it would be on the email they would send out. It wasn't. Several calls to the company and we were told due to tax reasons they couldn't put the detail on an email.WHAT??? Way over priced, not responsive, and would not recommend them to anyone.
