Your service technician (Ed Dombrowski) did an outstanding job repairing and replacing all hardware and parts needed to fix our garage door issues including a new door opener which is a great improvement over the old one. He was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. We would recommend him to anyone needing a very competent and professional garage repairman. Definitely a 5 Star individual!

Ed is fantastic. I installed the garage doors myself and I had some concerns which he helped to alleviate for me. Apparently I did a good job so this was basically an inspection call and I was glad to pay for the service call for piece of mind. My gap on the outside was a mismatch between my old trim and new doors. Ed gave me the option of having him do it or I could do it myself. I'm pretty sure I can do it now that I know I completed these doors properly. If I run into any issues I will certainly call again. First time any service technician ever gave me great advice and these sort of options. Will definitely recommend this company and especially Ed to anyone who runs into garage door issues.
