I called Precision door today for service on my garage door that wouldn’t open or close. I was expecting to have to wait for days or maybe even a week to get an appointment for a tech to come to my house. To my surprise, I was able to get a tech the same day due to a cancellation. Ed Dombrowski was able to get to my house in less than 1/2 hr! He evaluated the situation, reviewed my options and installed a new garage door opener in a hour! After initial delays from time of ordering new garage door, blamed on Covid, and non returned messages, door finally installed . Then had to wait another 6days to use it because wrong springs sent and those had to be replaced. Technicians were great....very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful! They are reason for 4 stars.
