Ed Dombrowski did an excellent job. He arrived within the timeframe expected. He explained what the problem was, detailed the costs and installed the new door opened in less than an hour. He showed me how to use and explained the latest features including the camera and ability to open door with phone. He was very professional and courteous. The installer was professional and explained everything after the installation. He took special care and showed persistence to get the door opener in the proper position even though it took him longer. I was very pleased with my service call today from Precision. I chose that company because I had their sticker in my garage telling me I had used them before and was pleased with their work. Today I needed a replacement for the garage door opener in my car and a replacement for the opener/pad on the outside of the garage. Chet was very thorough in explaining what he could do today for service and what I might consider in the future to preserve my doors or replace them. I would definitely use this company again and request Chet to be the serviceman.

It was first time the Precision reps came to my door. Chet Shrader was a very patient, unbelievably courteous and professional. Chet explained to me all about my garage door issues in details I could comprehend. Chet gave to me several options with an estimate. The estimate though was not broken by cost, only total amount was given. The repair was not done as I have to make a decision what option to proceed. My expectations were met. I’ve never had a home contractor who was easier to work with. I reached out online and they were so quick to reply. Everything about the process of replacing our garage door was effortless. They were easy to schedule quick to respond and very professional. Part of the reason we needed to replace the door was due to an issue with one of the rollers. The team noticed this when they came to do an estimate and replaced it for us before we committed to purchasing a new door. This small act of service went a long way! The door looks great and we are very happy!
