The gentleman who serviced my garage door (Ed Dombrowski) arrived exactly on time. He tried to correct the problem in the simplest and inexpensive way, but my garage door opener was too far gone to repair, so he installed a new opener. He was very polite and professional in every aspect of the job and took the time to explain what was required and then took extra time to explain the features of the new opener. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend him to anyone having a similar need. 5 stars plus.

Call for an appointment late on Tuesday and they arrived Wednesday afternoon. Chet was our tactician. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained all of the options and pricing. He was able to do the entire door opener and balancing system installation that day. Excellent service. I would recommend the Company and Chet!

Service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Chet assessed the garage door opener that came with the house and began to have issues. He was able to quickly identify the malfunction and researched the history of the system. The door opener was over 24 yrs old and the balancing system was over 7 yrs old. He installed a new garage door opener and replaced the balancing system. He fully explained all operations, features and capabilities. New system is very quiet, much brighter and provides reassurance in the secuirty and safety for the family.

Rich was great! I had another garage door company give us an estimate. They charged us a service fee, and they recommended changing two panels on our two garage doors for a cost of almost $3000. Rich was able to repair our doors for a few hundred dollars. He did a wonderful job, it looks extremely durable, and it was greatly appreciated how sensitive to our wallet he was :-)

We were able to get a same day appointment, my technician was in contact with me throughout the time window about when he’d arrive, and when he did arrive was professional and quick and our garage door is working great. Rolondo just finished installing our new garage door and we are DELIGHTED!!!! We love the way it looks, such an aesthetic improvement, as well as a practical one, since the new door is insulated and weatherstripped, thus making for a much warmer garage than we ever had before. The new opener is so quiet it's incredible...the dogs don't even hear it. And I can't say enough good things about Rolondo...what a pleasant, competent, accommodating young man. Muy buenagente. I am SO glad I called Precision.
