Called Precision thinking they had installed our new Genie opener only to find it was done by a bunch of hacks. Chet exemplifies installation excellence and professionalism, he corrected many of the mistakes the gypsy garage door people had done and now the overhead door opens and closes smoothly. Last bunch were incompetent and had little idea of what they were doing. If you want the job done right the first time Precision is the place to go.
