Tech was professional and very knowledgeable. New opener installed and door overhauled. The only downside was lack of options and the cost of opener. Would love to have done both doors but the cost was so prohibitive I almost just walked in my garage.

The technician was on time and had the new unit installed in less then 1/2 hour. I'm disabled and I cannot walk. There's stairs to the garage so I cannot go out there. There are webcams in the garage. I seen not only the tech remove the defective unit but also remove the motorcycle receiver and put it in his truck. I made him put it back. I don't know why he though that was ok.
