Initially, an appointment was made for a technician to come out to assess the job and leave a quote. The technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. And I found the quote to be reasonable. As I had time a limit request, I was kept informed on the progress of the door order, and received an installation date very quickly. I appreciated the follow up reminders regarding the appointment, and while I had a window of when the technician would arrive for the installation, I also received an email (with the name and photo of the tech dispatched to my home) when he was on his way. These small courtesies really help when planning a busy schedule, as well as provide security confidence. Jesse, the installation technician, was also prompt and courteous—as well as extremely efficient! I had a complete double size door removal and new replacement, including the torque bar and automatic opener. I expected this to take at least the whole day, however, Jesse had everything completed and cleaned up in half the time expected! He then took the time to review all he had done, show me operating procedure, explain all warrantees(which are very generous) and answer all my questions regarding maintenance. I am very impressed with both the quality of the door and system I purchased as well as the technicians who performed the work. A home improvement I was not really looking forward to having done turned out to be seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely use Precision Overhead Garage Door again!
