Very happy with the work. Ed the service technician was right on time, called ahead to give an ETA, and was very clear with the issue and the options for solutions for a malfunctioning chip in the Liftmaster unit. I would definitely use Precision Garage door in the future!

The technician, Chet, called ahead and let me know he was running a few minutes late. Bonus points for that! When he arrived, Chet examined the existing system and reviewed several options with me. Once we decided on a solution Chet completed the work and then retested the system to ensure that the system was working properly. I thought the price was fair and reasonable and that Chet was exceptionally professional. Even my dog liked him. A great service experience all around.

I called in the morning and they were there was someone at the house by mid-afternoon just as they promised which was wonderful in this day and age. The technician, Chet, was timely and very informative about the problem and proposed possible solutions. He installed a new opener right on the spot. I was very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end.
