I found this company through HomeAdvisor and requested an appointment for garage door repair online for the next morning. Within 5-10 minutes I received a phone call confirming my request and they asked if I would like them to come today. I scheduled an appointment for 10-12pm and Greg arrived at 11am. He found that the door frame (metal) had started separating from the panels so he suggested we consider replacing the door. I told him we need to think about it and get some estimates before we decide. He put in some screws that he said may hold the panels in place for a while - giving us some time to decide and provided some estimates for similar style doors. Greg was very professional and I did not feel any sales pressure. We will definitely consder Precision for the upcoming door replacement.

This company was amazing to stop by my house the same day my garage broke (and late in the day). I called 3 other companies and no one could get me in. They came quickly and were so kind, thorough in their explanation, and quick (but still excellent) in the repairs. The costs were slightly higher than I've paid with others (hence the 4 stars) but it was worth it for the fact I didn't have to keep my garage hanging halfway on the hinge and my property left exposed overnight. Thank you!!

Excellent service! My garage door would not open and I called and they were here within an hour and a half. At first look Greg thought it might be a more expensive fix which I had agreed to, but when he got into the repair realized it was more maintenance and my bill ended up much lower! I really appreciated the honesty (as a previous company inflated the bill) and I will continue to use Precision from now on.

My husband left for work and the garage door wouldn't close. I called your company and Greg the technician arrived within the hour. He immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the rollers and the garage was fixed within the half hour. He did not try to tell us there were other problems thus increasing the cost. Very honest and reputable. I couldn't have asked for better service and give your company and Greg five stars. Would definitely recommend and we now have a new company to call if there is a problem!

Certainly not the best installation experience I've had with this company. From the lack of a pre call to the tech showing up at the end of the appointment window to tell me he had no parts and would have tor re-schedule, I was less than impressed compared to the other two installations I've had with Precision. He ended up coming the next day when I wasn't home, completed the job and up-sold me over the phone nylon rollers (which are great....however, I was done going back and forth with the guy so just said yes). The opener itself functions great, however, my outside keypad is crooked as is my door opener on the wall, certainly lacked the attention to detail I expect out of this company. This one tech, after two outstanding techs prior, has soured me on the company. While I doubt I'll need garage door repair in the near future, I certainly won't recommend the company outright and will tell people to avoid this specific tech if possible.

Jake was able to get out to or house first thing the next morning after calling with our garage problem. He could have ripped us off, but was confident he could fix the problem without replacing the whole motor. My inclination was to fix the whole thing; however, he reassured me that it would be unnecessary. He was able to get there quickly, get the job done fast with all necessary parts on hand, and was very professional.
