Jake was able to get out to or house first thing the next morning after calling with our garage problem. He could have ripped us off, but was confident he could fix the problem without replacing the whole motor. My inclination was to fix the whole thing; however, he reassured me that it would be unnecessary. He was able to get there quickly, get the job done fast with all necessary parts on hand, and was very professional.

I was offered a same day appointment to fix my broken hinge. My technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly had the hinge replaced, along with another upon my asking. This is the second time I've had Precision team repair my door (different problems). I will not hesitate to call them again, or to recommend their service.
