Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

We called Precision Garage when our door wouldn't open. They sent out a tech on a Sunday! He was courteous, quick and fixed the problem. We had a broken spring, which they changed, and we also had them do a tune up on both doors. They are much quieter and run smoothly. We would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Tyler replaced the garage door springs, rollers, bearings inspected all door parts, lubed and adjusted and made sure the finished product was operating correctly. Precision responded quickly on a Saturday morning after a mishap with the back of my car crunching the top of my garage door. I called at 8:30am, Bobby was here by 11:15am. He replaced the necessary piece, placed the wheel of the door back on track and was finished by noon, very expedient.

Same day service important. Close to a five star but just a hair short as I had to clean off multiple greasy fingerprints from front, bottom of the door. Otherwise, James did a quick installation of new springs and rollers and was professional. Coming back Saturday for installation of new opener.

After a recent repair had been made by Precision Door Service earlier this spring, there was a failure of the door to open again this morning. We called immediately to let them know of the problem and they came out this afternoon and fixed the problem promptly.
