Very impressed, Bill Nashwinter was the technician, he was on time, courteous and explained his inspection process. Bill made some adjustments and within 30 minutes our garage door operated perfectly. Price was very reasonable. Precision has a new customer and I highly recommend them and Bill. I was really involved in a problem with my garage door, and I specifically remembered Bill from the last appointment I had a year ago. I knew he was great, and wanted his services this time, as well. Since the weather was so inclement and his appointment the next day might have to be rescheduled, he called with several suggestions so that I could decide the best process for solving my problem with the door. He considered all of the possibilities from his expertise. After doing one of them, I discovered a way to open the door, then called him back. I had to get back to work, so he worked with my son over the phone, and we now have a working door! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his help! The spring broke on our double garage door. I called Precision at 8:00PM on Thursday evening and Jake was out to repair the door by 10:00AM the next morning. He replaced the spring and replaced some of the other hardware that was failing. Within an hour of arriving Jake had the garage door operating as smooth and quiet as it did when it was new. Customer service doesn't get any better than this! Thanks Precision!!

The cable on my door snapped so I called Precision around 7:30 that night. The woman who answered was very helpful and I scheduled a visit for the next morning. She asked if I needed someone out there the same night but I said that wasn't necessary. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and was informative and professional. No pressure to up-sell or do work that was un-necessary (even though I've got a very old door and opener). Price was very reasonable and I will always call Precision back if I have a problem with my garage door.

Your repair guy was very knowledgable - I think his name was Jake, but maybe not. Anyhow, you need to keep him on your staff and you don't want your competitors to get him. The reason we used you guys is because of how nice your website was. We considered several garage door repair companies because we had no idea which one to use. I figured that with a website as nice as yours, you must know what you are doing.

I want to give a very special THANKS, THANKS, THANKS to Bill for fixing the botched installation of a garage door opener. NEVER LET A NON EXPERT WORK ON THESE or you will end up like me. I was able to schedule an appointment late on Saturday, and Bill was at my house on Sunday. He was extremely professional, he explained what he was doing, and he even went beyond fixing the install to do a general check of the existing door, springs, etc... I am beyond happy and glad that I found Precision and these AAA++++ services. Thank you so much Bill and the team at Precision!!!

Greg showed up right on time and did the tune-up and new rollers offered on a AAA deal. Said the door was in great shape, showed me how to keep it lubed and a couple of things to keep it in good working order. Very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely call them again if I should have any problems.

It was the 3rd of July and we awoke to find our spring on the main door had broken. Thinking there would be delays due to the holiday I called Precision and they made an appointment for me that morning. Much to my surprise a short time after the first call Bill called me saying he was in the area and could get my issue fixed and could be there in 10 minutes. Bill showed up and had my door working within 30 minutes saving my day. I've had work done by Precision in the past and I will call them again if the need arises in the future. Thanks Bill and to your whole team.
