I called Precision Door to repair our garage door. The technician asked to see our prior receipts and honored a lifetime warranty on hardware installed 9 years ago ! He serviced all 3 doors and only charged me $75 for travel fee. It was amazing customer service!

I still need help setting up the door closure that was already on my other door. I will try to get my garage door opener to operate with both car buttons. The serviceman was very fast and productive. I do not understand that if you buy a opener and new wheels you have to pay the service charge.

Garage door broke at 10 pm at night. Called at 7 am next morning and Dale was out by 8 am. Very friendly and explained everything clearly. Completed the replacement and was done by 10 am. Will definitely use for any future problems! Dale was wonderful to work with, very happy and outgoing personality. Thank you for the quick service

Emailed repair request on a Sunday afternoon and had a phone call back in 60 seconds. Technician came at appointed time on Monday morning and not only was the requested cable repair completed, but new guide wheels for the garage door were installed leading to much quieter operation. Very positive experience.

Precision installed my garage door several years ago - and thank goodness they left a sticker by the button in the garage! When my outdoor keypad stopped working I called for an appointment which they were able to schedule for that same day. However, Bill called and suggested I change the battery first - and if it still wasn't working to call him back. Proactively saved me the service call - that's good service! I won't hesitate to call them for any [real] problems I have in the future!

Price was a bit on the high side (~$200 more than Home Adviser's estimate for professional installation), but the service was great. Very prompt and courteous from the customer service agent to the technician. Nothing but good things to say about the people who turned this awful day into something a little brighter, only reason a star is docked is for the high price point.

A 5 star experience! My garage door opener spring broke.Precision had a technician at my home early the very next day. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable and informative. I decided to have a brand new garage door opener installed instead of repairing my 18+year old system. Bobby worked quickly and efficiently. He even called later that same day to check and see if everything was working properly! Thank you Bobby for helping to "free my trapped car" and getting me to my appointments, on time no less! Great customer service, a rare gift these days.

Bill replaced both springs on my garage door and replaced rollers and plates. Service was fast, thorough, and he took the time to explain what was going on during the process. Even went above and beyond and replaced a bolt that was causing a little noise before leaving. I was very pleased with the service and it was a pleasure to meet Bill. Highly recommended.
