The spring broke this morning on a 6 year garage door. I called at 1pm and Brett was here by 2:30. He replaced both springs and was done in under 1 hour. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and definitely ask for Brett...he is a real customer service professional.

Donovan at Precision did an amazing job being timely, diagnosing my issue (broken roller), clearly explaining a repair and cost, then moved to the repair. When he was done (which was super quick), he explained the repairs and tested it with me to make sure I was satisfied.
