We were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism.I called around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon 8:00 Thursday morning Jordan was pulling in our driveway,he explained our options,I had to leave for work. Chad came shortly after I left,he called me, and went over the options again, we chose the one that best fit.They were all done with the repair’s by 9:30 My wife said they were both a really Pleasure to talk with.The price was reasonable,we would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends.

The technician was a pleasant young man that was proficient in his job. He offered me 3 options to choose from based on the problem I was experiencing. He made the changes, tested the door, and replaced the new parts that did not work well. He replaced the springs, wires, and rollers that are maintenance free. All said and done, my garage door works better than when I purchased our house 20 years ago.

36 hrs before leaving for vacation, I went to open one of our garage doors to hear clink, clink, boom! The door had come off the hinges and was hanging crooked :( Not only did a real person pick up when calling Precision, but they were able to get someone out same day!! Zach & Zach were amazing, hard working and up front about all costs!! We won't use anyone else but Precision in the future!!

Selected Precision Door upon the recommendation of a neighbor whose opinion we respect. Window for service was between 10-12. Zach called about 9:50 to alert that he was on route and arrived at 10AM. Discussed concerns and options. Presented three different proposals and pricing; he even alerted us to a discount coupon did not know was available. Provided polite, detailed explanations about what to expect and when. Would recommend this company to others.

TECHNITION ZACK ARRIVED EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED AND PROFESSIONAL PERFORMED HIS INSPECTION OF THE REPORTED PROBLEM - A FAILED SPRING. ZACK WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFICIENTLY REPLACED THE SPRING AND OTHER ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS THAT HE RECOMENNDED AS CONTRIBUTING TO MY GARAGE DOOR EFFECTIVE OPERATION TO MY SATISFATION. They replaced the rubber strip at the bottom of our garage door and also replaced the garage door opener...very impressed with the new door opener....very quiet and smooth operation.
