Unfortunately I had several problems. Wrong color, needed repainting for extra 400 dollars, some saging wires, small amount water entered under door when it rained and lastly which needs fixed-a loud cracking noise when the one door goes up. In fairness problems were fixed except noise which I will notify company.

Thank you for your review Jackie, again we do apologise that the custom color you had chosen and sign off on that we had the doors painted in by the manufacturer did not meet your expectations when we had originally installed them. To bring better transparency for our readers, we then decided that you would get the paint and we would be back to paint both doors for $400.00 When our rate is usually $400 per door. When we had learned you were having trouble finding the specific paint, we took on this responsibility with the understanding if we supplied the paint the cost of the paint would be reimbursed on top of the $400.00 to paint both doors. When we had painted the doors, we only collected the $400.00 charge and did not charge you our cost to getting the paint. I am happy to hear the leak and wires were resolved. I do believe we came out to address the noise issue, if it comes back or continues to be of an issue please give myself a call at 717-440-6555 so we can address that further. Thank you!

I probably would have given five stars if it was based on everyone but the installer. The installer lacks customer service skills. He basically told me that I was wrong and my wife was wrong. When my wife told him I would be there in five minutes he said “I’ll give you five minutes but I can’t wait around all day” I was only given 20 minute heads up that he was on his way. And I would think five minutes would be no problem when the company give you a five hour window that they will come. While everyone else is nice. I was grateful that I received apologies from management but the installer was not apologetic at all. While everyone else is nice. I will not recommend this company
