My issue dealt with the garage door not sitting flush with the door jamb when in a closed position. There was about a 1/4" gap halfway up the door, and when the wind blew it was just like if the door was open 12" off the floor. I saw a coupon ad for Precision and also saw several TV commercials. I read the reviews and felt this would be the company for me. Besides the door gap, my doors are 17 years old and I felt the doors probably should be inspected. Chad showed up and what a breath of relief! He assessed the situation, inspected the doors, etc. He then explained everything he saw good and bad about the doors, and then presented me with 3 options to remedy my issue. I chose a more expensive option because I specifically knew that other parts of the garage door (while working) needed to be replace due to wear and age. It took Chad about an hour or so replacing springs, rollers, cables, hinges, and my doors and the mechanics to make them work properly were in place. Thank you Precision!!

My garage door was not closing on occasion. At the time your technician arrived, it was working. Carcen examined the door anyway and made an adjustment to one of the seams in the tract and lubricated it. It seems to be working fine now - and it is much quieter. Carcen was efficient and knowledgeable.

We called Precision because the spring on our 15 year old garage door broke. Justin came out and replaced the spring and made other suggestions to replace the motor and rollers, as they were not going to last much longer. Thanks to Justin, our door runs better than when it was new. Justin was very through, meticulous in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

One of my Torsion cables broke off from the reel and my opener wasn’t functioning. I was able to manually close my door. I have a Lift Master wall mount garage door opener that was installed in 2016 by another company. They wanted 2 weeks to come to do the repair. I called Precision and they were able to send a technician in 2 days. Zack arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was able to install new torsion cables and he also leveled the rod that lifts the door. (It was not installed correctly by original company.) I am very pleased with the price and prompt professional service. I will use Precision Door Service in the future!

Chad came out today to install new seal on the bottom of our garage door. He also inspected the overall condition of the garage door opener, which had not been checked for a number of years. He found some issues with pulleys, springs and other workings of the door as well. I had them repaired at the same time. The garage door is now working more smoothly and the seal has been replaced as well. Very knowledgeable about the workings of the garage door opener.

Yesterday due to an emergency we needed last minute garage door service. Not knowing who to call at the last minute, your wonderful reviews online led us to reaching out and calling. And when I tell you that from the initial call to inquire about services, scheduling the appointment and having Chad and Justin who arrived on time with a welcoming smile was by far the best service ever.
