We had a broken garage door spring. From the first call to your company to the technician's completion ,everything was first class. The representative who answered the phone was very professional and thorough,she covered everything and made us feel comfortable. The technician arrived he checked everything and explained in detail before he started.We have two garage doors and I asked him to check the other one also.We are very pleased with what he suggested and took the one that gave us the most benefits. I was able to get a service scheduled for the same day I called. Chad called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. Chad carefully inspected the garage door, identified the problems and created 3 different estimates. Chad carefully explained each one which helped us to choose the best one for our situation. Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous. When the job was complete, he reviewed with us what he had done and explained warranty information. This was our first experience with Precision and we will definitely use them in the future if a need arises. I had my garage door springs break over the weekend. Jerry Eldreth came out to replace them. He did a very thorough inspection presented me with the recommended options. Then he was able to quickly replace the springs, cables, drums, bearings and hardware. Jerry did a great job of explaining everything along with answering all my questions! Precision surprised me with their immediate response to my query, and then arranged to visit my site the next day. The service technician arrived on time and expertly examined my broken door. He explained the problem clearly. I then asked him if he would address two other issues, which he did. Then he gave me three repair options. I chose option 2, and then learned that he had all the know-how and materials on his service truck. Outstanding. All my repairs were done and tested in about an hour and a half, on the spot. What more could I ask for? The technician was very pleasant and professional. So I had a wonderful experience when I thought I might be stuck with a bad door for maybe a week.

We had Precision garage door repair previously. When we had several issues with our Garage door they were our first choice. It was an emergency situation. Our power was out hours, until 9pm. The emergency cord was jammed, unable to get our car out of tge garage at all. We were able to get an appointment scheduled first thing the next morning. The technicians are professionals and exhibit expert knowledge and skill in their work, ensuring we understood where the repairs were needed. This review is completed 3 days after install Short Version: 9.9 of 10 recommend. Everything is on point and to great satisfaction. A little finishing work needs completed. (caulking) Most importantly the Wife is happy and excited to have a working door again. Long Version: - Communication: on point - Lifting units: exactly what I ordered. And SUPER QUIET. Perfect !!!! with the little ones bedroom above the garage. - New Track: in great shape and installed expertly. - Springs: torsion springs are great and are sized correctly for the door. - Doors: - Quality: appear a higher quality than I expected. Totally enclosed and insulated. appear sturdy though I don't expect them to go unblemished if I throw a wrench. nor should you. - Color: came as expected. the brochures and samples match. - Insulation: I can tell a difference in my garage temp. Installation: Professional and on time. Did an excellent job and even pointed out some difficulties. Also gave a brief maintenance overview on what to do. Negatives: - 2 of the trim boards are not attached the best. I will add soe additional backing behind the trim to help. And there are some large gaps between trim and original frame. - I did not expect to have to caulk all of the trim to complete the seal between the trim and door frame. But I did see this in the quote. And it's easy to do.

We called the 24/7 line and spoke with someone who got us scheduled right away. Jerry was able to arrive on time and within just 2 hours of us calling. Jerry was able provide detailed knowledge for us to understand the problem at hand. He was very informative and because of this we trusted him to fix more than the issue we called about. This allowed us to also take a preventative maintenance route. We now have a peace of mind the problem was fixed and we won’t run into other issues in the near future. Although, if we do, we are covered under warranty!

Denny did a great job installing our new garage doors and nice job trimming them out. I highly recommend Precision door. I called Precision door when my garage door broke and I am so glad I did. My technician, Chad, came out the next day and got me up and running. He provided three detailed plans with pricing and warranties and explained them all so I felt confident making a choice. Once I made a choice he got to work and was done in less than two hours! And he left the area CLEANER than he found it. Everything is sturdy, refreshed, and lubricated. My door is so much quieter, moves smoothly, and I can now enjoy a five year warranty in case anything goes wrong. I could not recommend this company more. They somehow made me glad my door broke! Justin in an incredibly professional and competent technician. I showed him the issues (Garage door opener brace tore off a wall due to sub-par workmanship from another garage door company, also very noisy opening in general), and he recommended several options for repairs and upgrades. He talked me through what each part would and wouldn't help with, and what would be the best course of action given some planned future upgrades. He gave me confidence that all existing bracing and support for the garage door was sturdy and in good working order. A+ work and customer service. Precision will be my first call when it's time for some additional upgrades, and I'd be more than happy to have Justin complete the work!

Excellent service by Henry. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly - replaced the springs and pointed out some other maintenance that would keep the door in prime condition for a long time. Also passed on some tips about things to look for as my opener ages. I'd rate this experience as A+. I prefer to work with local companies and will recommend Precision to neighbors and friends based on this experience. (And will call them if/when the opener decides to stop working or my other garage door has a problem)
