Kenny did a very nice job on the repair. He ran the inspection and clearly eplained what needed to be done. He clearly explained the options and did apply any pressure regarding choice. After my wife had suggested a different option, Kenny was happy to change the quote. The job was completed in a very timely manner and Kenny went over all that had been done. The invoice was received quickly and contained the necessary detail I would recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door issue.

Very pleased with the service from Precision. The technician, Denny Gohn, called to arrive early for the appointment, listened to our problem with the door, explained the repair and service options, was courteous, friendly and got the repair done quickly. Denny installed new springs, rollers, cables and pulleys, and adjusted the belt. The door is so much quieter now. Highly recommend Precision Door.

We were interested through your TV advertisements because our garage door had not been opening and closing properly. I made an appointment by phone and was told a technician would be able to come that same day. He called me to let me know what time he was coming and was very pleasant and cautious in these Covid Virus times. He inspected the whole garage door system and gave me a report on what he found. He gave me three proposals the would solve the problem. I selected one and he got to work and fixed it that same day. My garage door never worked better or sounded better in the 12 years we lived in our home. Thank you Precision

I chose Precision from a Value Pak ad. It had a coupon for a $79 tune up and I had a garage door that was closing real ruff. Dustin came out the next morning right on time and fixed everything that was out of order and my door closes perfectly now. Dustin even pointed out that I did not have safety cables on my big garage doors and if one broke it could really cause damage. I have ducks in there and don't want anything to happen to them so I told him to install the cables. I am so glad he pointed that out because I had no idea I didn't have them. He also gave me other useful information about lubricating the doors.

We received prompt service for broken spring during the Christmas holiday. When Chad arrived he performed his inspection and clearly explained his findings. We could have merely allowed the simple repair, but he clarified that he had the time and parts available to provide a much needed overhaul. When the work was completed, he reviewed the work part by part. He had to return because one part was not normally carried on the truck but there was no additional charge. Chad was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Before leaving he made certain that all questions were answered and that we were satisfied. As an employee he represented his firm in an outstanding manner.
