Jerry was beyond knowledgeable and helpful in explain what needed to be done to my door to get it in working order. One of my concerns was the noise the door makes upon opening. I decided to replace the rollers in addition to the tension springs and what a difference. Eventually I will have the motor replaced and will definitely have Precision Garage Door do the work
