The guys came in and did a balance check, did an inspection on the door and gave me all the info I need for a full rebuild on an old and falling apart system. Service and suggestions were excellent and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The technician, Jose Perea, arrived at the time agreed upon. He called 20 minutes prior to arriving to give me the exact time. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained everything fully. He showed me where the parts were bad and discussed needed repairs. Repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Precision for garage door repair.

I have to say as a business owner, I know that employees is what makes my business a success. You have a very talented and knowledgeable young man working for you: Mr. Love. Mr. Love arrived to my home, inspected the garage door and didn't try to "sell me on a new door". He offered to fix my door and then explained to me the options I had. He was very patient and right away I knew he had the experience to do the job right. Mr. Love fixed my garage door and I am 100% satisfied with the work performed at my home. I will recommend your business to any of my friends and family. You are lucky to have Mr. Love as part of your team, what an awesome and honest work performed today!
