I called two different phone numbers inquiring about a "spring special add" to replace 2 garage door springs. The first was the phone number on the add. When I asked what services that included, and type of prongs, she had no clue, and had not heard do the add. The second number, which was a local Temecula number, where I live, the gal was terrific. The gal inTemecula said that they would honor the add, even though she too was no familiar with it. She had someone come out the same afternoon. Jose Perea the technician, was fantastic! He arrived on time, was very courteous, and honored the add price without even wanting to see it. He said, "I trust you". Wow, don't we wish there was more of that in this world! He worked very efficiently and was finished in 45 minutes. I was thrilled with the installation and his professionalism, as well as the great price for the "spring special"!

I accidentally backed up into my garage door on a Saturday afternoon — ramming the door way off its track and jamming it into the side of the house — and within an hour of calling Precision they came and got to work on it. Obscene overcharge for spring replacement on an old door. $507 to replace a pair of springs. Also tried to sell my wife on an $800 “repair upgrade”! This is more than twice what the job could cost. Unfortunately, I was out of town, and my wife was taken advantage of. Do not use! No business ethics. I’ll be posting this everywhere so others will be warned.

I found Precision Door to be a great company to work with. They came out on a Saturday to replace the two large springs in my garage door. The technician Jarrod called to say he could come out earlier than scheduled (hooray) and fixed the door very quickly. He even took the time to explain how to do preventative maintenance on it. Prompt, excellent service!! We've had problems for two months with our remote controls functioning properly. Assumed it was in the different remotes we used/or weak batteries in the remotes/or not being 'positioned' properly-------------but learned it was in the control board. Had called them at 8:30 a.m.-------and the job was done by 10! (was very impressed that the technician (Jose Perea) had a new unit in his truck, rather than having to obtain one!) Precision has a lifetime guarantee on their work and their parts----------and they honor that with no-charge service calls (as well as PROMPT service). We continue to be impressed!!

I called Precision because of the 24/7 live person phone service. I was given an appointment time of between 12 and 2; Bill Weier was very prompt, professional and diligent in getting the job accomplished. He explained in detail why the door wasn't lifting and what needed to be done in order for the problem to be resolved. Upon completion, he pointed out everything that had been replaced, and offered advice on how to keep those parts maintained. I most highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any door needs*****
